What are your delivery options for large appliances?
We offer standard curbside delivery, as well as white-glove delivery which includes unboxing, room-of-choice placement, and removal of packaging materials.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, professional installation is available for most appliances including washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ranges in select service areas. You can add this service during checkout.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your appliance arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service immediately. You have 48 hours to report any concealed damage after receipt.
Do all appliances come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, every product we sell is brand new and comes with the full manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for additional peace of mind.
Can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery progress.
